This Mount Royal Jewel was in need of a much-needed makeover, both inside and out, for a couple who were downsizing. Removing the old, dated porch and refinishing the exterior with a new material in a contrasting black and white, new concrete work and landscaping, lighting and windows changed the curb appeal immediately. Opening up the small spaces inside allowed movement, light and a beautiful flow for our clients. Dramatic touches in the main bath and kitchen completed the space.
