The Design

One of the original Riverview Penthouses in the city, it boasts views of the Bow River and  downtown from every room. The primary suite was part of our Phase one renovation. Custom limestone and marble surfaces with  bespoke millwork and unlacquered brass fixtures create an incredibly elegant space high above the city. We paid special attention to the drama these spaces create while being an oasis for our client to unwind. Also pictured is the powder room that is used by guests. A curved cherry vanity with brass inlay is complimented by the crown moldings and rich blue grasscloth.The marble has hints of copper veining that we enhanced with the oversized lighting fixtures and the faucet.

This project was very much about respecting the history of this home and enhancing its potential.
